Our Simple Three Step Process
Whether you are trying to grow out of a solo practice, or you want to take your expanding ensemble to the next level, we utilize a simple 3-step process to assess, develop, and implement a Fractional COO program that best serves your needs, maximizes your profitability, and sets you up for attaining measurable future success.
Step 1: Introductory Call
This initial call is a way for us to get to know each other. We learn about where you are, where you are going, and how you plan to get there. We also review some of the key issues you are dealing with, what pain points you believe need to be addressed, and the roadblocks getting in the way of your strategic plan.
Step 2: Proposal Review
Based on the information learned during our introductory call, Breakout Implementation will create a proposal for how we can address your issues and goals. During this meeting we will present the proposal and answer any questions you have.
Step 3: Plan Implementation
After we have agreed upon a proposal, we execute! We work on a retained basis, and that monthly retainer is based upon your need. That need may be a little as a few days a month, or as much as a few days a week. We only take on a few select clients at a time, to maximize our focus and attention to their needs. Each month we will review your issues, progress, and results and adjust the time commitment and retainer, as needed. No long-term commitment necessary.
